I also still have that (H=help)line in my translation. (If selected an audiofile in the same folder as the videofile and having the same name - except for the file extension - will be loaded automatically as 'external audio'.) This helptext (tooltip) also still works, so I maintain that line. I don't know why it isn't in the English file (or just as "jaka paka"  Seems Polish??).(But there have been more of such 'oddities'.) So if your H-text properly explains the option's function, I would also leave it in, if I were you. It may help users to better understand the option.
