Let's see: 1 hour of movie is 3600 sec * 25 fps = 90.000 frames 1 hour of movie is 3600 sec * 23,976 fps = 86313 frames and that is in an hour. 86313 / 90000 = 0,96 or 96 %..so, there is a 4% difference. So, the frame 100 become 104 if you chage the framerate from 23,976 to 25 fps.  |
