Default "Can't load bsrendv.dll" message in debug mode

When I try to open a movie file the windows freezes. In debug mode I found out this message. What does that mean? I am after a fresh reinstall, the only things I added are drivers, AC3 codec, DivX 3.11 and 5.05 (I screw it), windows media player 9, couple of other media players. Because this one does not work!
Please help me and do not say I have to reinstall it again :x

Is Direct X (7 or above) installed on your PC? BSPlayer requires this.
In BSPlayer's installation directory there should be "bsrendv.dll"
(In fact Bplay.exe and bsrendv.dll form a pair; if - in an existing installation - you replace the file BPlay.exe by a newer version, the bsrendv.dll must also be replaced by the appropriate new version)

I have got version 9.0b (of Direct.X)
both files are on their place..

Interesting fact is that the Bsplayer is not the only one that has problem (that does not work). Others: Radlight, DivX player...

:( :( :(
