traven is an unknown quantity at this point

I was watching a movie in Bsplayer (1.0.805) that always starts in vertical flip. I am newbie... is this a bug? My OS is winxp. I looked for an option in preferences to fix that, but didn't have luck.
Some movies play well though.

What can i do in order to fix it?
