 Too many Subs! when i select "dont show subs" i can see the unwanted subs. (they have kinda different font) any suggestions?          |

You probably (perhaps unknowingly) also installed another program to display subtitles, like e.g. directVOBsub (green arrow in systemtray?) or ffdshow or something similar. Did you perhaps install a codec-pack which includes such programs? Anyhow, if you disable this other program('s feature) you should be OK.
