Few days ago the player (808) did work well. Now it ask for VMR9 or direktX9+ and don´t play any kind of video files. I have dowloaded direktx9+ but the problem still happened. Today I have installed 809 but the problem is the same. Can anybody help me with some ideas? My OS is W2K my PC is a Compaq Laptop (700MHz) Thanks in advance Thoomas |

You probably have "Use VMR-9" selected. Check (rightclick) > Options > Preferences > Video > Video rendering. You can try deselecting it. Also possible that something went wrong with your DirectX9.0b, in which case I would try to download/install it again. There is a link in this post ![]()
