Can't change skins in v.1.00.810

I had the same problem with version 809, too, and couldn't figure it out. When I try to change the skin, to any skin, I get this:

If you click 'Close' application will be terminated.

I use windows XP professional.
I would really appreciate any help here, as this default skin is driving me crazy. I never had a problem with skins on this system before I installed 809....

This is just God's way of telling me to stop watching movies on the computer and start having a life, I suppose. :roll: :lol:

If God had anything to do with computers and operating systems, I surely think they would cause less problems. Unfortunately it is some guy, named Bill, that is predominating the market.
However, there is - of course - always a "raw" work-around, i.e. (with BSPlayer inactive) go to BSPlayer's installation folder (default C:\Program files\Webteh\BSPlayer) and in the subfolder "skins" rename folder "Base" e.g. xBase and then rename the skin you prefer to "Base.bsz".
