Default BS Player Question

Hello everybody!

I'm new in downloading and viewing DVD's on my computer. Yesterday I found out how I can put a subtitel to a movie (yes, I'm progressing!!! hahaha). And I found out, the BS player is the best program to do that with. But..... I have 3 movies now and with all, I get the message: Unknown file format: DIV3. I do hear it, but I don't see anything. :(
It only worked with an old movie I downloaded 2 years ago, but in that movie sound and image are not correct, so not so nice to watch. At least I know it's working, but how can I change this DIV3 to a format that is supported by BS player? Thanks for answersing!

greetings Nanna

If you have DivX5.2 installed check if "Support Generic Mpeg-4" is selected ([Start] "Programs"/"DivX"/"DivX codec"/"Decoder configuration Utility"/Quality Settings.)
If DivX is not installed, there is a link to the downloadpage in this post.

Div3 is Divx 3.11. Download and install DivX 3.11, and of course, DivX 5.2
