Bsplayer Wont Open or Play Anything

Whenever I try to open a file, I get one of two errors: either
Exception EFOpen Error in module OLDSKIN.DLL at 0000E043
or
Access violation at address BFF7B094 in module 'KERNEL32.DLL'. Write of address 0094F768
EAccessViolation
, 0x00543BD3, 0x00543DD1, 0x004553F7, 0x0044C742, 0xBFF63613, 0xBFF848F7, 0x000089EE

Any suggestions?
