Did you already use the option to Search this forum, e.g. with "freeze" as keyword? Not any of the resulting posts resembles your situation?  P.S.: Tip: After a seach, open the items under "Topics" using rightclick and then "Open in new window" (and simply close that post after you've read it) otherwise search results are lost.

Occurs with any type of video played? Codecs installed? Updated Video/Motherboard drivers? Overlay-settings of video card respectively BSPlayer? Similar problem with other player(s)? (Virus?)
