Default Problems With subtitles

I don`t know why BSPlayer donnot show the subtitles on one of my movies, its strange that the other movies don`t have any problem with it , could someone explain what to do please ?

Please read item (9) of my Help2Help-post (there is no harm in also reading the other items) and try to give us a bit more information so that we may perhaps help you.

I checked the subtitle files and they correspond to the name of the film but it is useless, i tryied 2 different subtitles but still don`t appear ... please help me quick!
I cannot give you any details because i donnot know what details are you interested (i mean what do you suspect that it would be wrong)

Well, e.g. like version of BSPlayer, type of subtitles and type of movies that gives the trouble (perhaps quote the info mentioned under rightclick > Options > filters > advanced).
