Sorry for the late reply!
Yes, you can, simply add -hide to BSplayer.exe command line ;)

Example:
"C:\Program Files\BSplayer\bsplayer.exe -hide"

You can see all other command lines in BSplayer's DOC folder

thx for the reply Tizio.
probably i'm doing something wrong coz the option -hide isnt working

Code:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
C:\"Arquivos de programas"\Webteh\BSplayer/bsplayer.exe -hide
it starts but not on tray...

'Cause your Run key should look like this:
Code:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
"C:\Arquivos de programas\Webteh\BSplayer\bsplayer.exe" -hide
;)

BSPeter is on a distinguished road

@Tizio: did you try?
If I use "C:\Program Files\Webteh\BSPlayer2pro\bsplayer.exe" -hide
typed in under [Start] > [Run] BS.Player doesn't appear hidden for me either.
@SCHMITT:
If I create a link in Windows (XP) with bsplayer.exe as target and in the link's properties I select "minimalized" under "Run", then BS.Player's main window (control panel) is indeed minimalized (though not on system's tray but on task-bar). Maybe that's an option for you?

(I use BSPlayer2pro as folder for latest version to enable me to also keep the older versions to test)

No, not lately... I'll do some more test

EDIT:
Bug confirmed, command line "hide" command (and maybe others) is broken
