(rightclick >) Options > Preferences > Frame and thumbnail capture
Maybe try a different setting of "Convert captured images in software" (Both YV12 and YUY2 selected?)
or
(rightclick >) Options >Preferences > Video > [Video rendering]
Maybe try a different rendering mode.
