Default Ability to save settings in a file

Let's say that a bsp user needs to reinstall windows.
It would be a cool idea to copy a file(let's say settings.ini), and after he reinstalls windows and bsplayer, to paste(replace) the old settings.ini file in the bsplayer folder, et voilla. all his settings saved.

Or two buttons: one that generates a file, and one button to load the generated file.
