You may try as follows: - Close BS.Player.
- On your PC find the file "BSplayer.xml" with today's (or at least a very recent) date/time-stamp.
(This file may be at a different place depending on Windows-version and/or on choices made at installation: use Window's seach function or read this post.) - Open this file in Notepad.
- Find the line <plistPos type="int">numeric value</plistPos>
(numeric value will actually be a numeric value) - Replace the numeric value by 0 (zero): <plistPos type="int">0</plistPos>
- Save the file.
- Restart BS.Player.
