You probably havn't an appropriate codec installed. You can find out what codec a movie requires and whether you've got it by using e.g. the application "GSpot" (and there are other similar apps). Also, by using "Search"-button you could i.a. have found this post: http://forum.bsplayer.org/viewtopic.php?p=6781#6781
