Bsplayer don't install

I tried to install bsplayer 2.66 on windows 8.1, but it doesn't install. No error, don't say anything. Just don't install.

Can somebody help me?

Same problem here! After downloading the 4 steps and pressing install now it doesn't do anything at all. Nothing loads or changes in the system.
