I solved the problem. I simply saved text file with correct letters as ANSI in notepad. And yes, I loosed the special letters as Č its C now, and Š its S now, and Ć is also C, and Đ is D (as VIDEOTREE answered to ADICOTO), but - it works for me now, because I can watch the movie because I naturally recognize the words.
