Thake a look at BSPeter's "READ THIS FIRST BEFORE POSTING" post item (f) Anyway the support email is this: support@bsplayer.com If you didn't deleted your e-mail (received when you bought BSplayer Pro) you are able to retrieve the registration data directly from there.

If you installed in another folder, BSplayer will be registered enabled if you paste in the new folder the "key.reg" present in the old folder, with BSplayer closed, without the necessity to type again the registration code (this works only if you install BSplayer on the same machine).
