Well that is in the language file by your hand.
In the English language file there is:
C2_2="Disable YV12 format"
C2_2H="Some graphics cards have problems with YV12 color space. If this option is enabled YV12 format won't be used."
C2_3="Try not to drop frames"
C2_3H="Only effective with internal renderers, smoother video in most cases, but video could go out of sync on lower end systems."

CB3_1=Internal renderer DirectDraw surface
CB3_2=Internal renderer overlay (default)
CB3_3=Internal renderer RGB mode

In my Dutch language file the corresponding text is:
C2_2="Schakel YV12 uit"
C2_2H="Sommige grafische kaarten kunnen niet goed overweg met YV12. Deze optie schakelt YV12 formaat uit"
C2_3="Overslaan van beeldjes vermijden"
C2_3H="Werkt alleen met interne video-omzetting;\nmeestal betere (HD) video; op een minder krachtig\n systeem kan de video asynchroon gaan lopen."

CB3_1=Interne video-omzetting 'DirectDraw' oppervlak
CB3_2=Interne video-omzetting 'overlay' (standaard)
CB3_3=Interne video-omzetting RGB modus

(So, maybe check again)
(Seems you missed a "deleted"-part in "changes v1.35.823 -> v1.36.825")
