Default Boarder frame glitch in video

I get some kind of video glitch on the left boarder and top boarder of my bsplayer. This happens with every version of bsplayer I try. Currently using 2.16. I have the ffdshow codecs, other video players work fine. I dont get errors, its just always present. Anyone know what causes this?

Have you tried "Borderless play window" under
(rightclick >) Options > Preferences > Video > [General]

Unfortunately I don't use ffdshow myself, so I don't know if ffdshow has (e.g.) a possibility to resize video-screen or any other feature which could possibly cause this.
I would suggest to try a different video "Rendering mode"
(under rightclick > Options > Preferences > Video > [Video rendering])

Maybe also check if ffdshow is indeed taking care of showing the video.
You can do that under (rightclick >) Options > Filters > Advanced
(You must have loaded a video!)

Just want to report that, it turns out the problem was my graphics card that just died like an hour ago. Put in the back up and no more problem with the video for the bsplayer.

Well that must have been a real unpleasant "surprise" for you.
And what's more: such experience may hurt one's wallet.
Fortunately is was no BS.Player's bug. :)
Thanks for letting us know!

This is not new fact that buggy hardware causes a well known software product to malfunction. Several users including myself have reported CoreFLAC crashing. In my case it was caused by the integrated Realtek sound module.
