Exclamation [FIXED] Codec manager vs Proxy

Hi, I downloaded the latest version of BS Player. I am behind a proxy with no way to avoid it, but BSPlayer does not take proxy settings from internet options, it just tells me that it can't download codecs. When I open Codec Manager manually, there is an option Proxy Configuration BUT when you try to click it, nothing happens. The only thing on that window that is clickable is Refresh which does no good. Yes, I tried Run as administrator. I am using W7.

The proxy settings are NOT working also in version 2.51 build 1022 (using Windows XP)

Death Rider mentioned that clicking on [Proxy configuration] didn't open that config-window (but he didn't mention BS.Player-version/build nr.). Just tried in v. 2.51.1022 and 1023ß and the config-window simply opens. (XP SP3)

It seems the file bspcodecdl.ini should be edited, something like:
Code:
[ProxySettings]
Type=1
Server=192.168.222.1
Port=6020
User=
Pass=
With this configuration downloading via the proxy works. (in example Type = 1 means HTTP proxy, not user/password needed)
Without this file edited (or this file missing) it's not possible to configure proxy from application (using Proxy configuration tab)
