OK, so BSPlayer found another MPEG2 decoder on your system. Probably ffdshow (can you confirm that ?) or Nero show time.

what can I do?

if I remove ulead from blacklist can it be fixed?

My advice still remains to install one of the above MPEG2 filters.
Whitelisting Ulead won't solve the problem.

Please note the above!
If you wish to use Cyberlink here are some other websites from where K-lite can be downloaded:
Free-Codecs.com
codecguide.com
(You will find Cyberlink MPEG2 i.a. in standard version; no need for full or mega pack and don't forget: deselect anything not needed!)

ok.
I wanted to use cyberlink filter.

I downloaded klite basic pack.
while installing I cant see any "cyberlink" in the selections.
there is only ffdshow on "mpeg2,DVD" section.
I select only it.
after installation finished. I opened the problem .ts video.
bsplayer gives an error.
says.
"restart aplication
close aplication
show bug report"...... etc

I uninstall klite pack.
the video starts , but there is only sound again....

The Cyberlink filter is not included in the Basic version. You need Standard or higher.
