Maybe UAC prevented proper installation of BS.Player's filters/codecs? To be sure switch off UAC and run codecmanager.exe which can be found inside BS.Player's installation folder.  Also verify if flac is selected as "Associated extension" (under rightclick > Options > Preferences > General > Filetypes)
