Default Video windows off-screen

I usually use 2 monitors on my pc, right now i have a TV i use as secondary screen when watching movies.
If i turn off the TV it reverts back to my 2 normal monitors and that can cause things to screw up abit (icons and windows for example).

Problem is that the video-window and/or playlist sometimes gets left off-screen and i can't do anything to get it back, not even ALT+Space -> arrowkeys (windows move tool) can move it back.

"Don't remember movie window position" resp.
"Allow video window off screen"
both under (rightclick >) Options > Preferences > Video [General]
checked/selected or not?
