Default AC3 decoding and Video problem

Hi,
I have been using BS-Player for several years now, but now I ran into a problem with AC3 audio:
I want the data-stream to be output trough the SPDIF Connection of my soundcard, which works fine with both the Cyberlink-decoder and AC3Filter. But whenever playing a movie with AC3 audio, the picture stutters and seems to skip frames, which is pretty anoying. The movies itself are perfectly fine, tested in V-Dub and BS-Player without sound. Any ideas? Thanks alot in advance.

EDIT:
BTW, the CPU usage seldomly goes over 20%

Already tried to give BSPlayer a higher process priority?
(right-click > Options > Preferences > General > "Proces priority" (lower part about in the middle)

Just tried it, didn't help. The CPU usage didn't change at all.

Which versions of BSPlayer, AC3filter (0.70b?) and DirectX are you using?
