Nice and civilized way to ask for some help! Don't SHOUT and/or have your keyboard (i.e. your stuck CapsLock-key) repaired a.s.a.p.!  Further: the subtitle-file you downloaded most probably doesn't match the frame-rate of your moviefile. Whereas BS.Player FREE can time-shift subtitles it cannot (also) time-shrink or time-stretch them. [In BS.Player PRO you can do that, using Pro-version's subtitle editor.] You apparently did not read item (9) of my Help2Help post (a.k.a. "READ THIS FIRST BEFORE POSTING"). Maybe in this connection also read this thread (and the other threads it links to).
