New file of French translation (more complete than the current delivered with BSplayer 2.11)

-Menu CAPTURE not totally translated

-Menu LIBRARY not totally translated

-Menu Right click, the not translatable term " Media Library " at present

Just FYI: Another updated language file for build 940 was already posted earlier by GreGnet here on 24th August.

Translators who translated strings for V2 deserve and will get license keys for 2.11.960 PRO shortly (if they did not received it already).
