I'm afraid this has not so much to do with BS.Player as well as with the new driver you're now using.
In the past I would have referred you to the following post: Full screen on second monitor 
But now maybe I've some bad news for you: Play on TV independently of Computer 
Please let us know if you've eventually succeeded (and how)?
This for the possible benefit of other users.
