 Bsplayer hangs I use it to play HD format mkv or wmvhd movies. On both formats suddenly hangs occur. The movie freezes and the sound gets into a repeating state like a hanging cd player. The pc gets unresponsive, mouse nor keyboard react anymore. Only way to get out of that is by doing a hardware reset. I'm still using XP SP3. Can anyone help me with this annoying problem           |

Can be 1. hardware related (like CPU overheating) 2. Software related (can you watch if there isn't a precise time from begining when hang up appears ? due to a screen saver for example ?) |

Thanks for the reply! CPU : is running at 10-15% normal temperature (about 60 celcius). Screensavers : are disabled. There is not an exact time this happens. Sometimes after 10 minutes, but sometimes after 30 minutes or a hour. Videocard is an ATI 4550. Display is on the secondary screen, hdmi to sony HD lcd |
