i cant see movie. i can only hear sound of the movie. what can i do?



PLEASE HELP!

Try to search and install K-Lite Codec Pack ( codecs ) see if that helps you.

Or run BSplayer codecs management tool (by default located in BSplayer installation dir C:\Program Files\Webteh\BSplayer\bspcodecdl.exe) and install the recommended codecs.
Then post here the GSpot result and the file extension

i have same problem, and i have installed all recommended codecs. videos are fine with media player, but with BSplayer i have only audio :(
