Install Vobsub 2.23 and BSplayer or any others player will be able to read subtitles created with vobsub. There is no plugin to put in the BSplayer folder or anything else, just the codec Vobsub 2.23.

Correct me if I'm wrong but BSPlayer is a fine proggy that doesn't put shit anywhere on your pc. All the bundle comes into your BSPlayer directory. Delete it and everything will go away with it.
