 New OSD mode Transparent new OSD mode will work only in W7/Vista (with EVR renderer), otherwise, in all other combinations of OS and video renderers, OSD background will be solid color. New OSD mode is enabled by default only in W7. "Video background color" should now be in lang changes file.
